so i begin my temp job today. have a small stack of do.co.mo.mo. articles to plough through, before i scour for rehabilitation guidelines for Modern heritage (i.e. buildings, in this case) from English Heritage, AIA and possibly the city of Melbourne. as soon as i'm more into the subject matter, i'd attempt to post some points of interest on what i've learnt in this research.

lest any of you were wondering, i'm getting paid market-rate internship rates for two weeks worth of labour; do the math yourselves :)

the good money, which i so desperately need, is what's keeping me going. otherwise, i much rather do my casual reading and posting for this blog. this is a really good exercise that i already miss!
