i was on the road to work and i realised something...
we talked about creating some form of mediator to perhaps accentuate or raise awareness of the heterotopic experiences, whilst in transition, through kinesthetics right? well, i realised that as far as roads are concerned (minus some expressways) its already done!!!!
think about it... what 'shelters' us from this absurd city backdrop when we are travelling on the road?.....yes... trees! and the occasional ugly green barrier. they might not be fancy marys but they do serve the same purpose as our initial idea of a 'womb'. i was thinking we can find a way to pocket out the views from between the trees such that the awareness level increases... what u guys think?

hahahaha you must be joking.
picture our initial sketches of a continuous structural member that perhaps wraps or diverts from these trees towards the 'haphazard' buildings. i'm talking about modifying the streetscape. still unclear? let's kiv and discuss at next meeting.
we all need to get wacom tablets to do quick sketches on the comp.
