Greetings from the netherlands

Yo everybody. Sorry that it took some time to post my first message.

Still alive and kicking after 2 weeks, still settling down in fact... Cos of the retarded admin things tt non EU students have to do. So far, I have been cooking my meals daily and well drinking with the ang mohs now and then. I am living in a HDB flat like apartment with an Italian,Marco and a spainard, Adrian. Will try to get theirs pics here soon, so there will be 3 guys to swoon over haha.

Maybe I shall start with my flat mates. They arrived 3 days after me and on their 1st day, I made dinner for them as a sort of house-warming. In fact, it was pretty creepy to stay in an apartment with 2 of the rooms locked for 3 days. Adrian was the 1st of the 2 to come and i would say he's the street wise kind thinking that he has been to more European cities than u can spell in 5 minutes. The Italian is a weirdo, he has the classic italian look with brown big eyes and curly hair, but walau his voice is damn high pitch. The worst of all, he is a cleaning freak. He vacumn every fuck thing in his room when he first came and then the next thing he set up his clothes line in the balcony. And he has been bothering me to clean the house together. And he wants me to mop the floor after a shower. Who the fuck do housework jus after a shower? And wtf man, he think its his fucking italian palace man, shower must be dry after a shower?!?!? Even hotels dont do that. In short, he sucks. BIG TIME. Otherwise I can go on and on.

Btw, the weather here is jus like Singapore, hot and though not humid, it is still quite terrible. So much for the promise of outdoor aircon. In fact, every room here is stuffy and there is no air con in lecture halls. It feels like primary school and when it gets hot and stuffy and the lesson gets long, u know what happens next.

My Amsterdam trip. Amsterdam is haps. Even in the day. A 50 mins trip from delft. Went to Trussad's, Anne Frank House and Van Gogh Museum. They sure know how to milk tourist money. Lots of coffee houses, and u can smell weed in the air. Lots of porno dvd shops too and u can go in and watch in a cubicle and pa. It was too early when i went and the only lady in the glass window was some scary looking black woman.
My Rotterdam trip. A less touristy one but also a bit less haps. Saw West8's public square and then i went on to the Bibliotheek, the cube houses, NAi, Kunsthal bla bla bla. Will be better when i can put pics in. Anyone knows anything where i can upload pics and has a larger storage capacity?
Went Den Haag too but it was a pretty short trip, realised that paintings usually look more cui in reality than in books.

Anyway, will post again soon and my studio is starting tom so maybe i will get bz soon. Btw my design assignment is to design student accomodation and facilities (pubs) etc in an urban block in the old dutch city of Dordrecht. Will keep u guys posted.

Btw, I can say cheers in spanish, italian and german. thks to countless glass clinkings. I told them ours was yam sei. Anyone knows the meaning of it?
