apparently neither DHL nor Fedex can actually send documents overnight, unless it's within the region -- sio can elaborate on the specifics. realising that yesterday, we decided to go easy on ourselves and take our time to panel the loose bits. there're much sketches and notes to reduce to bite sized bits for the single A1 panel.
honestly, i don't care if our Russian compatriots are as sticky about deadlines and penalties, i just want to finish this and send it in anyway. besides, as sio notes, judging doesn't occur till december.

DHL Worldwide Document Express Service as stated in their website promises to deliver documents overnight or latest the next working day. horray right?

apparently, as explained very impatiently by the telephone service lady, in the "you-should-have-known-it-duh" attitude, the word "worldwide" ONLY refers to places within Asia Pacific, some parts of India, and the Middle East.
apologies to DHL for my lack of understanding...we really shouldn't have paced ourselves according to you website.
